2. Eligibility Requirements 参赛资格

All registered players must satisfy at least one of the following eligibility categories.
所有参赛球员须符合以下 任意一类 参赛资格。

Category One 第一类别

Players who have studied, graduated from, or worked at tertiary education institutions in Greater China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).

This includes:

• Current students, graduates, incomplete-program students, and academic or administrative staff
  在校生、毕业生、结业生、肄业生及高校教职员工
• Study modes: on-campus, distance education, open university, correspondence, or online programs
  就学形式包括：面授、电大、函授、网络课程等（网络课程需为学历专业或资格证书）
• Qualification levels: vocational, diploma, associate degree, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral programs
  学历层级包括：职业教育、中专、大专、本科、硕士、博士等
• University-affiliated staff working in laboratories, research institutes, teaching positions, administration, or affiliated organisations
  教职员工包括实验室、研究所、教学岗位、行政岗位或高校相关机构/企业工作人员

Category Two 第二类别

Players born in Greater China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) who have studied, graduated from, or worked at tertiary education institutions overseas, particularly in Australia.

All study modes, qualification levels, and participant roles listed in Category One also apply.

第二类别球员指 出生于大中华地区（含港澳台）并在海外（尤其是澳大利亚）高等教育机构就读、毕业或工作的人员。
就学形式、学历层级及人员类别与第一类别相同。

Category One players are permitted to compete in both divisions, while Category Two players may compete only in the Local University Division.
All players, regardless of division, must meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

第一类别球员可同时参加 两个组别 的比赛；第二类别球员 仅可参加本地高校组别。
所有参赛球员，无论所属组别，均须 符合相应的参赛资格要求。

3. Eligibility Declaration & Player Grading Adjustment 资格申报与球员评级调整

• All team captains and players must submit true, complete, and accurate information.
  各队领队及球员须如实、准确、完整提交相关信息。
• Player eligibility categories and grading results will be officially published after all player lists are received.
  组委会将在收到全部球员名单后统一公示球员资格类别及评级结果。
• If a significant discrepancy is identified between the submitted grading and a player’s actual playing level, the adjusted grading shall prevail.
  如发现球队申报评级与球员实际竞技水平存在明显差异，将以组委会调整后的评级结果为准。
• Teams may make corresponding roster adjustments based on the adjusted grading results, provided that all adjusted players continue to meet the eligibility requirements.
  球队可根据最终评级结果，对符合参赛资格的球员名单进行相应调整。
• All players competing in the 3 May tournament must submit supporting documents for eligibility verification.
  所有参加5月3日赛事的球员须按要求提交资格认证材料。
• The Organising Committee reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding eligibility, grading, and related matters.
  有关球员资格、评级及相关调整事宜，组委会保留最终解释权和决定权。

4. Team Composition Rules 队伍组成规则

4.1 Team Size 队伍人数

• Each team may register a maximum of 12 players.
  每支球队最多可注册12名球员。
• No new players may be added after 20 April.
  4月20日后不得新增球员。
• Player replacements due to grading adjustments must be completed by 27 April; no changes are permitted thereafter.
  如因评级调整需要更换球员，须在4月27日前完成，逾期不予受理。

5. Team Event Structure 团体赛项目设置

5.1 Match Format 比赛组成

Each team tie consists of five matches: 每场团体赛共设 5 个项目：

• Men’s Doubles 男双× 3
• Women’s Doubles 女双× 1
• Mixed Doubles 混双× 1

5.2 Player Participation Rules 出场规则

• Each player may compete in one match per round only. 每名球员每轮 仅可出场一次
• In the Single University Division, Women’s Doubles or Mixed Doubles may substitute for Men’s Doubles if required. 在单一院校组别 中，女双或混双可在特殊情况下 替代男双。

6. Minimum Entry Requirements 最低参赛要求

• Events will proceed only if there are at least 4 registered teams.
  每个项目须至少4支队伍报名方可进行。
• All team competitions follow the five-match-per-tie format.
  团体赛统一采用5场制。
• Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis due to court availability.
  因场地资源有限，报名遵循先到先得原则。

7. Registration Requirements 报名要求

• All players must complete online registration at www.ccblsyd.com.
  所有球员须通过www.ccblsyd.com完成线上注册。

• Individual player registration is free of charge.
  球员个人注册免费。
• Team registration is considered complete only after submission of the registration form and payment of the registration fee.
  组委会收到报名表及报名费后，球队报名方视为完成。
• Submitted player lists will be published on 19 April.
  提交的参赛名单将于4月19日公示。

8. Final Provisions 最终条款

• The detailed tournament schedule will be announced separately.
  比赛具体赛程将另行公布。
• The Organising Committee reserves the final decision-making authority on all tournament-related matters.
  赛事相关一切事宜，组委会保留最终决定权。

Team registration fee $300本次比赛报名费每队为澳币$300。
